Core Courses: Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders and Fan the Flame
The Leadership Transformation Program is a 12-month, instructor-facilitated experience built in two phases with a structured cadence that keeps leaders engaged and accountable. Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders™ is an 8-week learning phase where participants build essential leadership skills through weekly video content, personalized feedback, and live group coaching sessions — each week building on the last. This rhythm creates consistent opportunities to learn, practice, and connect with peers facing similar challenges. Fan the Flame™ continues that cadence with 10 months of ongoing coaching through quarterly action plans and monthly group coaching sessions to learn from and network with other program participants.
Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders TM
Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders™ (8 weeks) is where the learning happens. Through weekly video content, hands-on assignments with personalized feedback, and live group coaching sessions, participants build essential leadership skills — from building trust and driving engagement to mastering a proven coaching model, navigating difficult conversations, and retaining top talent. Every week they're practicing with real scenarios from their own teams, not hypothetical examples from a textbook.

Fan the Flame TM
Fan the Flame™ (10 months) is where the learning sticks. This phase keeps the momentum going through quarterly Coaching Action Plans, monthly refresher sessions with program alumni, and continued access to all video content. It's the accountability and reinforcement that makes the difference between a training program people forget and a transformation that changes how they lead every day
