Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders™ is an 8-week learning phase where participants build essential leadership skills through weekly video content, personalized feedback, and live group coaching sessions — each week building on the last. This rhythm creates consistent opportunities to learn, practice, and connect with peers facing similar challenges. Fan the Flame™ continues that cadence with 10 months of ongoing coaching through quarterly action plans and monthly group coaching sessions to learn from and network with other program participants.

Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders TM

Ignite to Transform for Team Leaders™ (8 weeks) is where the learning happens. Through weekly video content, hands-on assignments with personalized feedback, and live group coaching sessions, participants build essential leadership skills — from building trust and driving engagement to mastering a proven coaching model, navigating difficult conversations, and retaining top talent. Every week they're practicing with real scenarios from their own teams, not hypothetical examples from a textbook.

Fan the Flame TM

Fan the Flame™ (10 months) is where the learning sticks. This phase keeps the momentum going through quarterly Coaching Action Plans, monthly refresher sessions with program alumni, and continued access to all video content. It's the accountability and reinforcement that makes the difference between a training program people forget and a transformation that changes how they lead every day

 This self-guided course gives you a practical framework for conducting interviews that actually reveal who candidates are and what they can do, not just what they say they can do. You'll learn to distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate questions, master behavior-based interviewing techniques that cut through rehearsed answers, and use strategic follow-up questions to get the full picture. 

Progressive Discipline and Termination

This self-guided course walks you through how to prepare thoroughly for disciplinary meetings, use the coaching model to have direct and respectful conversations, and document each step appropriately and in a timely manner. You'll learn how to lead termination meetings with professionalism and clarity. The goal isn't just to protect your organization — it's to handle these situations in a way that maintains dignity, keeps your team's trust, and gives you the confidence to act when action is needed.

Leading Through Change
