Leading Through Change

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

We experience changes in our businesses every day – whether it’s a merger, business strategy realignment, changes in leadership, or changes in business systems and processes. Our response (and our teams' response) to change impacts our success as individuals and businesses. 


In this virtual, self-guided course, we will discuss how individuals respond to change, and how we, as leaders, can lead ourselves and our teams effectively through change. 


PRGORAM STRUCTURE

The course is designed to deliver key concepts, tools, and skills with a combination of: 

- Learn key concepts in leading through change with virtual content.

- Apply the content to a current or anticipated change in the business, and

- Develop actions plans for changes.

At the end of the program, participants will complete an action plan with a reflection on current practices when implementing changes and recommendations based on the program content and next steps to implement the identified change.
